Job Summary: The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and promoting Rightforce Manpower Services LLC's comprehensive HR and recruitment solutions. This role requires a dynamic and proactive individual with a strong understanding of the recruitment industry and a proven track record in business development. Key Responsibilities: * Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities: Conduct market research to identify new potential clients and opportunities within the recruitment and outsourcing sectors. * Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored HR solutions. * Promote Services: Present and promote the companys recruitment and outsourcing services to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits and unique selling points. * Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations with clients, prepare proposals, and close deals to achieve sales targets. * Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to adjust strategies and identify new opportunities. * Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company growth and revenue targets. * Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure alignment of business development strategies with operational capabilities. * Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and market trends to senior management. Qualifications: * Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. * Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the recruitment or HR services industry. * Skills: - Strong understanding of the recruitment and outsourcing industry. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. - Ability to build and maintain client relationships. - Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. - Must be UAE Driving license Holder * Personal Attributes: - Proactive and self-motivated. - High level of integrity and professionalism. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
