The ideal candidate is a motivated, organized, and creative individual who welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new business through sales efforts. You will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and close business deals while maintaining an extensive knowledge of current market conditions. *(Preferably Bilingual English & Hindi but not necessarily) Responsibilities Cultivated strong business relationships with key decision makers. Proactively identify new opportunities and deliver innovative solutions to customers. Develop market strategies by researching lists of high potential prospects. Manage client portfolio and advise them on the most appropriate Tax, Accounting, and financial services / solutions. Keep prospective client database updated. Make cold calls for new business leads. Plan & execute outdoor activities to prospect and current clients. Ability to write new business proposals. Maintain knowledge of all services provided by the company. Arrange meetings for senior management with prospective clients. Qualifications Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Business1+ years of sales or account management experience in UAE (Preferably Accounting Industry). Excellent written and verbal communication skills Must possess strong customer service skills. Experienced in lead generation, customer acquisition and prospect management. Sharp, energetic, and highly analytic Able to meet / exceed allocated business targets. Job Type: Full-time Experience:
