Audio-Visual Product Knowledge

• Understanding AV Equipment: knowledge of AV products such as projectors, sound systems, cameras, microphones, and video conferencing tools.
• Technical Specifications: Ability to understand and explain the technical features, benefits, and applications of AV products.
• Industry Trends: Staying updated with the latest advancements and trends in the AV industry.

Strategic Sales

• Market Research: Conducting research to understand market needs, competition, and customer preferences in the AV industry.
• Sales Strategy: Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve targets and expand market share.
• Customer Needs Assessment: Identifying and addressing customer needs and pain points with tailored AV solutions.
