Job Description

We are a catering company, based here in Alquoz and seeking a highly motivated and skilled business development executive to join our fast-growing team . The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, driving revenue, and bringing new opportunities for our business growth.

• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and other potential customers.
• Responding to inquiries, providing quotes, and negotiating contracts for catering services.
• Understanding clients' needs and preferences.
• Providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and event execution.
• Building long-lasting relationships with clients to foster repeat business
• Build a deep understanding of our products and present them effectively to clients.
• Coordinating event details, including menu planning, staffing, and logistics.
• Identifying new market opportunities and adapting sales strategies accordingly.

Requirements and skills:

• Bachelor's degree in business , marketing, sales or a related field.
• Minimum 1 years of UAE experience in sales or business development roles in catering or FMCG is preferred.
• Home country experience can be considered
• Male candidates ( Christians)/ Malayalam speaking preferred not absolutely freshers but with some experience in catering or food industry is required.
• Effective communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Adapt in networking, project management and problem-solving.
• Possess strong creative and strategic thinking skills to develop effective sales strategies through delegation, prioritization and execution for business growth

Salary- 2500-3000 + food

Driving Licence is mandatory

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED3,000.00 per month
