We are searching for a Business Development Manager with a minimum of 5 years of UAE

Real estate , banking, investment and insurance

experience, knowledge is required.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement growth strategies to increase the client base and revenue.

- Research and identify new business opportunities and target markets.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

- Prepare and present business development proposals and reports.

- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve company objectives.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience of at least 5 years in business development, preferably in the construction industry.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Good knowledge of the local market and industry trends.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
