Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven

Sales / Business Development Associate

to lead and expand our sales efforts in the

Interior Fit-out

industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, client relationship management, and business development within the fit-out and turnkey interior solutions sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Identify and target potential clients, including corporate offices, retail spaces, hospitality, and residential projects. Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, designers, and decision-makers. Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close high-value contracts. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely project execution and client satisfaction. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Representing the company at networking events, trade shows, and client meetings. Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and market insights to senior management. Mentor and guide junior sales team members to enhance overall sales performance.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.

3+ years of sales experience in the Interior Fit-out industry

(turnkey solutions, furniture, joinery, etc.). Strong network and existing relationships with industry professionals. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously. Strong leadership and team management skills. Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales reporting software.
