•Job Summary:•
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Presales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of IT solutions. The IT Presales Consultant will work closely with the sales team to understand client requirements, design appropriate IT solutions, and support the sales process to drive business growth.
•Key Responsibilities:•
1. •Solution Design and Proposal Development:•
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and requirements.
- Design and propose customized IT solutions that meet client objectives.
- Create detailed technical proposals and presentations.
2. •Technical Demonstrations and Presentations:•
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for prospective clients.
- Explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders.
- Showcase the value and benefits of the proposed IT solutions.
3. •Client Engagement:•
- Engage with clients to gather requirements and provide technical expertise.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Address client queries and concerns related to IT solutions.
4. •Collaboration and Support:•
- Work closely with internal teams, including sales, product management, and engineering, to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Provide technical support during the sales process, including responding to RFPs/RFIs.
- Assist in the development of marketing materials and technical documentation.
5. •Market and Technology Trends:•
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Identify opportunities for new and innovative IT solutions.
- Share insights and knowledge with the sales team to enhance their understanding of IT products and services.
•Qualifications:•
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a presales or technical consulting role within the IT industry.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software, and solutions.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to translate technical information into business value.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Certification in relevant IT areas (e.g., AWS, Cisco, Microsoft) is a plus.
•Preferred Skills:•
- Experience with cloud computing, cybersecurity, and networking solutions.
- Familiarity with ITIL, Agile, and other IT service management frameworks.
- Experience with CRM software and sales tools.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
