• Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities for growth.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Proposal Development: Prepare customized insurance proposals, negotiate terms with clients, and close deals.
• Coordination: Collaborate with underwriters and insurance partners to secure competitive quotes and optimize client coverage.
• Compliance: Ensure all sales activities adhere to regulatory guidelines and company policies.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress toward targets.
