About the role: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales & Business Development Specialist to join our team specializing in audio solutions. The Audio Solutions Specialist is responsible for providing expert guidance, sales support, and technical services for audio systems and equipment. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs, designing tailored audio solutions, and ensuring seamless implementation and integration. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in audio equipment, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding sound experiences.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target potential clients, including individual artists, studios, hospitality, education, entertainment and services industry.
• Engage with clients to assess their audio needs and project requirements and provide professional advice on product selection, system design, and integration.
• Analyze client/customer requirements and assess specifications by conducting a thorough on-site inspection and issue quotations accordingly
• Oversee the installation, calibration, and integration of audio equipment at client sites
• Provide post-installation support, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
• Offer training to clients on the operation and maintenance of audio systems.
• Schedule and perform regular maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
• Executive the integration of equipment at the client/customer site, ensuring that all technical requirements and specifications are met to the highest standards
• Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to increase visibility and network with key stakeholders.
• Develop and implement strategies to expand the company's client base and market reach.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the audio solutions sector.
• Provide clients with technical advice and recommendations on the best audio solutions for their needs.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in musical instruments, sound equipment, and related technologies.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute promotional campaigns and events.
• Represent the company at trade shows, music festivals, and industry events to increase brand visibility.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights for the management team.
• Gather client feedback to improve product offerings and service delivery.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Knowledge of CAD or audio design software (e.g., AutoCAD, EASE) is a must
• Bachelor's degree in, Electronics, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in audio solutions, system integration, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in using and configuring audio equipment, including amplifiers, mixers, microphones, and sound systems.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong technical understanding of acoustics, signal processing, and audio technologies.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in live sound production, recording studios, or AV system integration.
• Familiarity with audio protocols such as Dante, AVB, and AES67.
• Certification in audio technologies (e.g., AVIXA CTS, Dante Certification).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
