We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Associate to join our real estate brokerage team. The primary focus of this role is to ensure the smooth execution of the sales process by following up with team members, coordinating with sales closers, and preparing detailed reports. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently to support the success of our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Process Follow-Up:
Act as the primary point of contact for follow-ups with team members to ensure all tasks related to the sales process are completed on time.
Track the progress of sales transactions from initial contact to closing, ensuring all parties are informed and deadlines are met.
Coordinate with agents, clients, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or delays in the sales process.
Collaboration with Sales Closers:
Work closely with sales closers to ensure all necessary documentation and steps are completed for successful closings.
Follow up with sales closers to confirm timelines, address bottlenecks, and ensure a seamless closing experience for clients.
Maintain clear and consistent communication between sales agents, closers, and other parties involved in the transaction.
Report Preparation:
Prepare and distribute regular reports on sales activities, transaction progress, and team performance.
Analyze data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement in the sales process.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to the sales team based on report findings.
Administrative Support:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales transactions, client interactions, and team communications.
Assist in organizing and managing sales-related documents, contracts, and agreements.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and follow-ups for the sales team as needed.
Client and Team Communication:
Ensure timely and professional communication with clients, team members, and external partners.
Address client inquiries and concerns promptly, escalating issues to the appropriate team members when necessary.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or a related field is a plus.
1-2 years of experience in sales, real estate, or administrative roles preferred.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
Familiarity with real estate terminology, processes, and documentation is an advantage.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with MLS (Multiple Listing Service) and real estate transaction management software.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with team members and clients.
