Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or a related field
• UAE driving license is mandatory
• Proven experience in a sales role with a track record of achieving targets
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Enthusiastic and self-motivated, willing to learn and improve
• Spoken and written Arabic would be a plus

Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for a sales and business development associate who will help us generate new leads and expand our business. You will be working with the sales team and your responsibilities will include:

• Generate sales leads and set-up meetings with potential clients
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction
• Prepare and present reports on sales activity and performance to senior management
• Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
• Develop and implement strategies to penetrate new markets and enhance our presence in existing ones, with a specific focus on the Gulf and UAE
• Collaborate with the team to strategize and execute effective sales and marketing initiatives
