Brief Info about Job A Sales Associate will be responsible for greeting customers, responding to questions, improving engagement with merchandise and providing outstanding customer service and achieving established goals. Key Responsibilities

Greeting customers, responding to questions, improving engagement with merchandise and providing outstanding customer service.
Be well-informed about the products and services offered, including features, benefits, and pricing.
Assist shoppers in finding products, answering questions, and providing recommendations.
Actively promote products and services, upsell or cross-sell to increase sales, and meet or exceed sales targets.
Monitor and maintain stock levels, assist with restocking shelves, and report any inventory discrepancies.
Help create appealing product displays and ensure merchandise is attractively presented.
Maintain store cleanliness and organize products on the sales floor.
Assist in opening and closing procedures, including cash register balancing and securing the store.
Gather and relay customer feedback and complaints to the management team for improvement.
Maintaining an orderly appearance throughout the sales floor.
Introducing promotions and opportunities to customers.
Cross-selling products to increase purchase amounts.
