# Job responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement sales strategies specific to the plastic industry, focusing on key sectors such as packaging, automotive, construction, or medical applications.
2. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, customer needs, and emerging trends in the plastic industry.
3. Explore new markets and potential clients for plastic products, including global expansion where applicable.
4. Stay informed about competitor activities and market dynamics within the plastics sector.
5. Maintain deep knowledge of the plastic products the company manufactures, including raw materials, processing techniques, and specific applications.
6. Ensure the sales team is well-versed in technical product details, such as the benefits of different plastic polymers (e.g., polyethylene, polypropylene) and how they meet customer needs.
7. Be able to recommend specific products or customized solutions based on client requirements.
8. Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team, ensuring they are aligned with company sales goals.
9. Provide regular coaching, training, and development to enhance the sales team's skills, product knowledge, and industry expertise.
10. Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts, addressing customer concerns, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
11. Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell additional products or services to existing clients.
12. Monitor sales team performance and adjust strategies as necessary to meet sales targets.
13. Work closely with the finance and production teams to establish competitive pricing strategies for plastic products.
14. Negotiate pricing with customers based on order volume, contract length, and specific product requirements.
15. Work on customizing plastic solutions to meet specific customer needs, ensuring the company remains flexible and competitive.
16. Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely delivery of orders, especially for large or custom orders.
17. Ensure all plastic products comply with relevant industry standards and government regulations.
18. Handle customer complaints and product issues effectively, finding solutions to maintain client satisfaction and loyalty.
19. Work with the quality control team to resolve any product defects or production issues that may impact customer satisfaction.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month

Experience:
Plastic products sales: 2 years (Required)
License/Certification:
