SALES ASSOCIATE.

We are looking a young and energetic " SALES ASSOCIATE (Boy and Girl) " having MINIMUM 1-2 Years' UAE experience. (Preferable in the tech and gaming industry)

A Sales Associate will be responsible for greeting customers, responding to questions, improving engagement with merchandise and providing outstanding customer service and achieving established goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Greeting customers, responding to questions, improving engagement with merchandise and providing outstanding customer service.
• Be well-informed about the products and services offered, including features, benefits, and pricing.
• Assist shoppers in finding products, answering questions, and providing recommendations.
• Actively promote products and services, upsell or cross-sell to increase sales, and meet or exceed sales targets.
• Monitor and maintain stock levels, assist with restocking shelves, and report any inventory discrepancies.
• Help create appealing product displays and ensure merchandise is attractively presented.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organize products on the sales floor.
• Assist in opening and closing procedures, including cash register balancing and securing the store.
• Gather and relay customer feedback and complaints to the management team for improvement.
• Maintaining an orderly appearance throughout the sales floor.
• Introducing promotions and opportunities to customers.
• Cross-selling products to increase purchase amounts.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Sales Associate.
• Relevant certification, achievements and graduated.
• Good understanding of Sales, customer service etc.
• Must know English language and Arabic (Mandatory).

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Ras al-Khaimah: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)

Experience:

• Retail Shop Sales: 2 years (Preferred)
