SALES ASSOCIATE- FEMALE CANDIDATE ONLY sales associate plays crucial role in driving membership growth, increasing revenue, and enhancing the overall success of the organization. They are responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing and sales that align with the club\'s vision, mission, and objectives. Responsibilities and Duties: Marketing
Contract length: 24 months Pay: Up to AED3,500.00 per month
- Set up, optimize, create and execute marketing campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat and GoogleAd. Email campaigns.
- Design, ad create e-brochures, banners, flyers, advertising materials, pilot (members books, shirts, accessorise, headset) and other graphic artworks for the company.
- Organising photo shoots and Videos / Content writing and proofreading.
- Analyses market trends, competitor activities, and member feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Manage and coordinate marketing and sales events, such as Exhibitions, members trip.
- Weekly report
- Manage the club\'s sales process, from lead generation to closing deals. This includes identifying potential customers, qualifying leads, and following up with potential members.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key figures in the industry, such as travel, tour agency, Hotels, and event planners. In coordinate with admin in charge.
- Booking introductory flight.
- Issuing license and memberships card
- Events organization (events setup, catering).
- Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field 5+ years of experience in the marketing and sales industry, preferably in a club or membership-based organization.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing and sales campaigns
- Strong understanding of marketing and sales principles, including market research, branding, pricing, and promotions
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong leadership and organizational skills
- Proficiency in marketing and sales software tools, such as CRM systems and analytics platforms.
