A Sales Associate is responsible for helping customers find their perfect solution and get the most out of whatever what's available for them.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features
• Develop a deep understanding of the IT products and services offered by the company. Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements to effectively communicate the value proposition to potential customers.
• "Go the extra mile" to drive sales
• Searching for opportunities that enhance the sales and benefit the clients
• Providing outstanding and special services to the clients
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
• Developing creative sales initiatives and applying them to improve the financial gains of the organization
• Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
• Build productive trust relationships with customers)
• Executing some management activities and upholding the list of the active and future clients
• Attending international sales meetings, seminars to boost the sales profits of the same
• Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g. planning marketing activities)
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
• Negotiate terms and close deals with customers, ensuring a win-win outcome for both parties.
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure smooth project handover and successful implementation of solutions sold.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Min 1 year experience and we consider freshers as well
• Basic knowledge in IT
• Proficient in English communication skill

Requirements:

• A bachelor's or associate's degree in marketing, or a similar qualification.
• A bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology would be advantageous.
• UAE Driving Licence is an advantage
• Communication Skill (English proficient)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,111.70 - AED7,758.25 per month
