Job Title : Sales Associate - Modest Fashion Boutique

Location : Al Nakheel, Ras Al Khaimah, UAE

Salary : AED 1000

: We are seeking a personable, experienced, and motivated Sales Associate to join our modest fashion store. As a Sales Associate, you will represent our brand and ensure each customer receives an outstanding shopping experience. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Arabic and Hindi and possess a strong background in retail and customer service. This position requires a friendly, energetic individual passionate about modest fashion and excellent in guiding customers to find the perfect styles.

Responsibilities : -

Customer Service : Engage with customers warmly and professionally, understanding their needs and recommending appropriate garments to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Sales : Achieve personal and store sales targets by building rapport with customers and showcasing product knowledge.

Product Knowledge : Stay updated on the latest styles, trends, and fabric details in modest fashion, helping customers make informed decisions.

Inventory & Merchandising : Assist in maintaining organized, visually appealing displays. Restock and keep track of inventory, ensuring the shop floor is well-stocked and tidy.

Communication : Effectively communicate with customers in Arabic and Hindi , answering inquiries about products, policies, and services.

Feedback : Listen to customer feedback, suggestions, and requests, sharing insights with the team to continuously improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements : -

Experience : Minimum 1 year of retail or customer service experience, preferably in a fashion boutique or modest fashion brand. -

Language Skills : Fluency in Arabic and Hindi is strongly preferred, with proficiency in English .

Customer Service Excellence : Demonstrated ability to build rapport, engage customers, and provide tailored assistance.

Communication Skills : Excellent verbal communication, listening skills, and positive body language.

Organizational Skills : Detail-oriented, able to manage inventory, and ensure a clean and organized shop environment.
