Job Summary

BizEdge Group DMCC is seeking a motivateed and results-driven

Sales Associate

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for business development, generating leads, cold-calling potential clients, and managing sales data. This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive approach to sales, and the ability to identify new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's client base.

Cold Calling & Client Outreach:

Contact potential clients via phone, email, and other channels to introduce our services and generate leads.

Lead Generation & Data Management:

Research and gather relevant data to create a pipeline of potential customers.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to enhance customer engagement.

Sales Strategy Execution:

Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets.

Market Research:

Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Reporting & Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and performance metrics.

Requirements:

Previous experience in sales, business development, or telemarketing is preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM tools. Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving sales targets.
