Position:

Sales and Marketing Intern

Compensation Structure:

B2B Sales:

Earn AED 200 per successful closing.?
Target: Minimum of 5 closures per month.

B2C Sales:

Earn 5% commission on revenue generated, with a monthly revenue target of AED 20,000.

Key Responsibilities and KRAs

B2B Sales:

Make proactive calls and engage with potential business clients, particularly holiday home companies. Build and nurture long-term relationships to secure and retain contracts. Achieve a minimum of 5 successful closings per month.

B2C Marketing & Sales:

Promote our cleaning services through organic and paid efforts on platforms such as Instagram and Facebook. Create compelling offers and develop engaging social media content to build brand loyalty and drive repeat business.
Ensure that every marketing initiative leads to measurable sales outcomes, meeting a monthly revenue target of AED 20,000

Accountability and Reporting:

Track and report on all sales activities and marketing campaigns, providing weekly updates on key performance metrics. Be accountable for meeting your sales and revenue targets and continuously work on process improvements.
