Key Responsibilities:

Deliver personalized and outstanding customer service that exceeds expectations, ensuring every interaction is memorable and professional. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, understanding their needs and preferences to offer tailored recommendations. Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively presenting, promoting, and selling luxury products, while maintaining a high level of product knowledge. Stay up-to-date on product trends, new arrivals, and the latest industry innovations to offer knowledgeable insights to customers. Create a luxurious, welcoming atmosphere for customers that reflects the brand's values and aesthetic. Process customer transactions with accuracy and professionalism, ensuring a seamless purchasing experience. Assist in maintaining the visual presentation and organization of the store, ensuring that displays are immaculate and product inventory is well-stocked. Attend and participate in brand events, private viewings, and product launches to enhance customer engagement and drive brand awareness.
