We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving sales for our interior design and exhibition services, building lasting client relationships, and contributing to our company's growth.

This position offers a stipend + comission based incentives in the salary structure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and secure sales for interior design and exhibition projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Present and promote our services to potential clients.
• Collaborate with the design and project teams to meet client needs.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor activities.
• Use CRM software effectively to manage client interactions and track sales pipelines.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the UAE, preferably in the interior design or exhibitions industry.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and techniques.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
