1) Greet customers in a friendly and polite manner.

2) Assist customers in the store and on the phone.

3) Respond to questions, direct customers to merchandise within the store, and provide excellent customer service.

4) Maintain superior knowledge of products and services.

5) Contribute to team's daily sales goals.

6) Monitor inventory levels and restock shelves.

7) Maintain hygeine and cleaniness of the store and make it welcoming and presentable.

8) Operate cash registers, take payments, and issue receipts.

9) Maintain and check the expiry and production of stock in the store.
