• Objectives

The primary objectives are:

• Maintain and grow relationships with current clients, ensuring their satisfaction and looking for opportunities to upsell or cross-sell.
• Create sales strategies to meet your sales and revenue targets.
• Hold meetings with prospective customers to highlight the value proposition and benefits of the products or services.
• Keep up -to- date on industry trends, competitor behaviour, and customer preferences.
• Quality all demonstrations for products and services
• Meeting and exceeding sales targets will lead to revenue growth.

Required skills and qualifications:

To excel in the role you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
• The ability to forecast sales trends and manage sales processes efficiently.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals and secure contracts.
• Confidence in presenting and promoting products or services to potential clients.
• Proficiency in maintaining sales records
• Experience in a technical or contracting company is preferred

Preferred skills and qualifications:

• Previous sales or related experience with a proven track record of success.
• A bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or a related field.
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and sales analytics tools.
• Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
• Industry-specific knowledge and experience can improve comprehension and credibility when communicating with clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
