Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to the growth of our company. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in promoting our travel packages, including timeshare services, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell travel packages, including timeshare services, to potential clients.
• Provide detailed information about our travel products and services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
• Participate in sales training and continuous professional development.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or the travel industry is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
