Assist customers in finding products, providing information about features and benefits, and offering product recommendations. Answer customer inquiries and address any concerns or issues promptly and professionally. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale (POS) systems. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging merchandise displays. Monitor inventory levels and assist in inventory management tasks, such as receiving shipments and conducting stock counts. Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals set by management. Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty. Stay informed about product knowledge, sales promotions, and company policies and procedures. Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent. Previous retail sales experience preferred but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional service. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn.
