The Sales Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with product selection, and driving sales in our retail environment. The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a friendly attitude.Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers, answering any questions they may have
Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system
Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and arranging displays
Build relationships with customers to promote repeat business and customer loyalty
Meet or exceed sales targets and goals set by management
Stay informed about current promotions, sales, and product features to effectively communicate them to customers
Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for all customersQualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous retail sales experience preferred but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a team environment and independently
Basic math skills and proficiency with cash handling
