DescriptionJob Summary: Looking for a Sales Associate in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)Job Key Details:

Welcome customers to the store providing a friendly and approachable demeanor
Assist customers in identifying their needs and offer appropriate product recommendations if necessary
Respond to customer inquiries, resolving complaints and ensure a positive shopping experience
Build rapport and establish long-lasting relationships with customers
Drives sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling as well as sharing product knowledge
Responds to customers\' questions
Provide outstanding customer services at all times
Manage financial transactions
Proactively engage customers, showcasing product features, benefits as well as specifications
Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to overall store profitability
Process cash, credit as well as debit card transactions accurately and efficiently
Maintain a balanced cash drawer and reconcile sales receipts at the end of each shift
Conduct any related tasks as may be required

Job Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate must have proven experience in the same field
Strong sales skills required
Must be a good communicator with a positive attitude
Ability to work flexible schedules
Basic math skills and proficiency in handling cash transactions
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and other retail software applications is desirable
