Responsibilities:

Sales and Customer Service:

Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service. Understand customer needs and assist them with product selection. Answer customer questions and address concerns professionally. Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately using the cash register. Handle various payment methods (cash, credit cards, etc.) and ensure accurate cash handling. Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products to increase sales.

Merchandising:

Maintain attractive and well-organized product displays. Stock shelves, arrange merchandise, and ensure proper signage. Implement visual merchandising guidelines to create appealing presentations. Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.

Cashier Duties:

Operate the cash register and process transactions efficiently. Handle cash, credit cards, and other payment methods accurately. Balance cash drawers and generate sales reports. Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.

Qualifications:

Experience:

At least 1 year of experience in a retail environment with a focus on sales, customer service, and/or merchandising.

Communication:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Customer Focus:

A genuine passion for providing outstanding customer service.

Product Knowledge:

Ability to learn and share product information with customers.

Sales Skills:

Proven ability to drive sales and meet targets.

Merchandising Skills:

Experience in creating visually appealing displays and maintaining store appearance.

Cashier Skills:

Proficiency in handling cash, processing transactions, and using cash registers.

Teamwork:

Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Attention to Detail:

Accuracy and attention to detail in handling transactions and inventory.
