Job Description

1. Greet customers warmly and approach them to offer assistance and product information.

2. Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customers' needs and preferences and recommending products that meet their requirements.

3. Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage to customers, encouraging them to make informed purchasing decisions.

4. Assist customers with product selection, sizing, and fitting, offering suggestions and alternatives as needed.

5. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale (POS) systems, cash registers, or mobile devices.

6. Handle cash, credit card, and electronic payments, and ensure proper accounting and reconciliation of sales transactions.

7. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail environment, including product displays, shelves, and fitting rooms.

Requirements:

1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in retail sales or customer service is advantageous.
2. Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers and build rapport.
4. Positive attitude and enthusiasm for providing exceptional customer service.
5. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals.
