We're looking for a

Sales & Reception Associate

to join our dynamic team. If you have a passion for sales, enjoy interacting with customers, and love being part of an energetic atmosphere, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Customer Service:

Actively promote and sell skating

memberships, packages, and private coaching sessions

to customers. Engage with visitors, understand their needs, and recommend the best programs to match their skill levels and goals. Achieve and exceed sales targets by providing exceptional service and persuasive sales techniques. Follow up with leads and potential customers to encourage sign-ups.

Reception & Front Desk Management:

Welcome and assist customers at the reception, ensuring a smooth check-in process. Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate information about classes, schedules, and pricing. Maintain a friendly, professional, and organized front desk area. Process payments and manage bookings through the system.

Operations & Support:

Coordinate with skating coaches and management to schedule classes and maintain updated records. Keep track of membership renewals and remind customers about upcoming sessions. Assist with social media content by capturing moments at the rink and engaging with customers. Ensure the reception area is clean, welcoming, and fully stocked with promotional materials.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, customer service, or front desk roles

, preferably in a sports, fitness, or recreation environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers. A self-motivated and goal-driven personality with a passion for sales. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently. Basic computer skills for managing bookings and processing payments. Enthusiasm for skating or sports is a plus!
