Key Responsibilities:
1. Upselling & Cross-Selling:
• Proactively recommend complementary products to enhance customer purchases.
• Introduce premium or seasonal items to customers to boost average sales per transaction.
• Suggest upgrades or add-ons, such as premium decorations or personalized messages for cakes.
2. Customer Engagement:
• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored recommendations.
• Maintain product knowledge, including ingredients, customization options, and special offers.
3. Sales Growth:
• Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Monitor and manage in-store promotions to maximize impact on sales.
• Maintain customer loyalty by promoting rewards programs or special discounts.
4. Shop Operations:
• Ensure product displays are attractive, clean, and well-stocked.
• Monitor stock levels and communicate replenishment needs to the team.
• Process orders accurately and efficiently through the POS system.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED2,000.00 per month
