Responsibilities:
Assist in identifying potential leads and prospects within the indirect B2B sales channels to introduce products and services.
Working closely with customers to determine their needs, managing customer correspondence and complaint resolution.
Contribute towards achieving revenue targets. Support in securing agreements and contracts and assist in the sales process to ensure prompt completion.
Aid in planning activities to meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives.
Assist and cooperate with the Manager in coordinating sales and promotional activities and campaigns with on sellers, and leisure entities; working closely with the manager and relevant teams to develop and implement targeted messaging and materials.
Execute requests from reporting line i.e. requests within the broad scope of the roles and responsibilities of this job description.
