: As an Optical Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and sales support in our optical shop. Your main duties will include:
- Assisting customers in selecting eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses that meet their vision needs and style preferences.
- Conducting comprehensive eye examinations and assisting customers with frame adjustments and fittings.
- Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our computerized point-of-sale system.
- Maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and displays as needed.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Providing expert product knowledge and guidance to customers, including information on lens options, coatings, and frame materials.
- Utilizing your online selling experience to manage our e-commerce platform, including updating product listings, processing online orders, and responding to customer inquiries.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in optical sales or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in online selling, with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with e-commerce platforms.
- Knowledge of vision care products and optical terminology.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- A friendly and outgoing personality with a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
