This role involves both direct sales interactions with customers and the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote our products and services. The ideal candidate will be an energetic communicator with a flair for creative marketing and a love for pets.Responsibilities:

• Assist customers by providing detailed product information and recommendations.
• Process transactions and manage cash and credit payments.
• Maintain an organized and welcoming store environment.
• Manage inventory and ensure displays are stocked and visually appealing.

• Conduct regular inventory audits, restock shelves, and manage product orders to ensure availability of popular items.
• Handle and care for live pets in the store, providing basic care and sharing proper pet care tips with customers.
• Resolve customer issues and queries promptly to ensure satisfaction and maintain the store\'s reputation.
• Develop comprehensive marketing strategies that integrate both digital and traditional marketing channels to increase brand awareness and sales.
• Create compelling, informative, and visually attractive content for social media platforms, blogs, newsletters, and the store\'s website.
• Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies based on data insights.
• Collaborate with local pet organizations and community groups to sponsor events, workshops, and other promotional activities that enhance community engagement.
• Liaise with product vendors to secure promotional materials and negotiate possible co-marketing ventures.
• Monitor competitors and market trends to keep marketing strategies relevant and effective.
• Organize and manage promotional events, including setup and breakdown, coordinating staff roles, and ensuring event success through active participation and customer interaction.
