Sales Assistant (Cold Calling and Lead Management)
Overview: We are seeking a proactive Sales Assistant to help drive lead generation through cold calling and telemarketing. This role is crucial for expanding our customer base and maintaining relationships through follow-ups and lead conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct cold calls to potential clients to introduce our packaging and printing solutions.
• Manage and update the client database with accurate and up-to-date information.
• Follow up with leads consistently to nurture relationships and close deals.
• Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into sales.
• Assist in developing sales strategies and contribute ideas to enhance lead generation efforts.
Qualifications:
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Highly organized, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple leads.
• Prior experience in telemarketing or sales is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.

Compensation:
• Basic salary of AED 1100 per month, plus a 5% commission on every sale successfully closed.
