Proactively use and extract data from the CRM to provide the required sales and forecast reports for MEA sub-region. Qualify and reach out to leads to support sales team to convert them into opportunities. Assist in travel coordination and event planning in collaboration with other functions. YOUR SCOPE: Manage the input of data into CEP in a timely manner for MEA Sub-region region. Create and validate customers within CRM, block and unblock customers within CRM; Identify & qualify leads after pre-screening Provide administrative, organizational and logistical services to the sales team Produce and keep updated, relevant specific reports as requested by the Manager or the company (travel expense reports, correspondences, presentations, etc.) Ensure relevant records and data are kept updated Archive/file documents, reports and minutes of meetings on behalf of the VP Sales and Sales Directors. Provide effective meeting organization, including meeting logistics and booking of meeting rooms Address requests for information and/or assistance Assist in general office management duties Partner/network with assistants in order to collaborate, schedule meetings, obtain information and solve problems that fall between functions Drive relevant administrative process compliance and knowledge in the relevant department Assist Communications with ensuring company messages are received well by all relevant employees and assist with events Where relevant, source suppliers and quotes for services required by the company and issue POs YOUR PROFILE : Level of education and languages: Graduate from management, administration, or sales college Technical knowledge would be an advantage High Proficiency over written and spoken English. French and/or Arabic would be an advantage. Required experience and skills: Experience in working with CRM based softwares and in supporting managers and sales teams A minimum of 5 years of work experience in similar positions Proficient in MS Office suite including Word, Outlook, Excel, and with very good command of PowerPoint.YOUR MISSION
