We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Sales Executive to drive revenue for our holiday homes hotel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales, building long-term relationships with clients, and maximizing occupancy and revenue through innovative strategies.
Key Responsibilities
• Sales and Business Development:
• Actively seek and develop new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and client visits.
• Identify and secure partnerships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and event organizers.
• Revenue Management:
• Maximize hotel room bookings and holiday home reservations by understanding market demands and implementing competitive pricing strategies.
• Promote and upsell hotel amenities, packages, and special deals to boost revenue.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Act as a primary point of contact for inquiries, ensuring timely and professional communication.
• Market Analysis and Strategy:
• Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities.
• Provide insights to management for optimizing the hotel's offerings and improving market positioning.
• Reporting:
• Prepare and present regular sales reports to the management team, outlining achieved targets and future plans.
Key Requirements
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry.
• Strong understanding of the holiday homes market and related services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Flexibility to travel and meet clients as required.
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Previous experience working in a holiday homes or hotel sales environment.
• Fluency in English, Arabic.
