We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Assistant with a strong background in private dining and catering. The ideal candidate will support the sales team in managing client relationships, facilitating private events, and ensuring that catering services are delivered to the highest standard. This role requires excellent communication, organizational skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Client Relationship Management : Assist in managing and nurturing relationships with clients interested in private dining and catering services. Ensure all communications are clear, professional, and prompt.
• Sales Support : Provide administrative and logistical support to the sales team, including preparing proposals, quotes, and contracts for private dining and catering events.
• Event Coordination : Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of private dining events, corporate functions, and catered occasions.
• Menu Consultation : Assist clients in selecting menu options that suit their event needs, including dietary restrictions and special requests. Collaborate with the culinary team for customizations.
• Sales & Marketing Materials : Help create and distribute marketing materials for private dining and catering services, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.
• Customer Feedback : Collect and analyze client feedback post-event to improve service offerings and enhance the overall guest experience.
• Administrative Support : Maintain accurate records of client communications, event details, and sales activities in the CRM system. Handle inquiries and process bookings efficiently.
• Product Knowledge : Stay updated on the latest trends in private dining, catering services, and event planning to better advise clients and contribute to sales growth.
Requirements:
• Experience : Previous experience in private dining and/or catering, with a strong understanding of event planning and customer service in the hospitality industry.
• Technology : Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM systems or event management software.
