Female Sales Assistant/ Sales Admin Assistant
Solitaire Jewels is a 10 year old jewellery firm in Dubai known for its exquisite quality and timeless jewellery. We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused Admin & Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team catered towards female clients. This dual-role position combines administrative support with assisting customers on the sales floor, offering an exciting opportunity to be involved in both the operational and customer-facing aspects of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Assistance:
• Greet and engage with customers in a warm, friendly, and professional manner, offering guidance and product knowledge to help them select pieces that suit their preferences and needs.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively showcase the company's collections and answer customer inquiries.
• Assist in maintaining the showroom's visual merchandising and ensure it is always organized, clean, and appealing.
• Process customer transactions, assist with packaging and shipping when necessary.
• Support sales targets and promote new collections, special promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business.
Administrative Duties:
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the management team, including managing order deliveries to clients, scheduling fedex deliveries and communicating with clients.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory, orders, and customer details.
• Coordinate and support the smooth flow of operations within the office and retail environment.
• Handle phone inquiries, emails, and assist with customer service-related tasks.
• Develop good relationships with clients - send photos and videos via whatsapp.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in the luxury retail, fashion, or jewelry industry.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Web-sites, excel).
• A positive, can-do attitude with a customer-first mindset.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
