- Assist the sales team in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Prepare and send quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales deals.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain and update customer database and sales records.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitors\' activities.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the logistics or freight forwarding industry.
