Position: Sales Assistant
Location : Dubai, UAE

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and operational support to the team.
• Manage day-to-day tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, and data analysis using Excel.
• Assist in maintaining smooth communication across various departments and external partners.
• Support in logistics, documentation, and other ad hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

• Experience : Background in electronics distribution is a significant advantage, but candidates from diverse industries will also be considered.
• Technical Skills : Proficiency in Excel is essential (e.g., data analysis, pivot tables, formulas).
• Soft Skills : Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
• Languages : Fluency in English and Russian is mandatory.
