Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert advice and guidance to potential clients on immigration services, procedures, and requirements.
Effectively manage the sales process from initial contact to contract signing, ensuring a high conversion rate.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Stay updated on immigration policies, industry trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system, and prepare regular sales reports for management.
Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets and performance metrics.
