Our client is into trading business into logistics services, trading Veterinary vaccines for poultry. Position Overview: Seeking a Sales Assistant proficient in documentation to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.
Assist in the preparation of sales documents, including quotes, contracts, and proposals.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of all documentation.
Assist in the processing and tracking of sales orders.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the sales system.
Prepare sales presentations and materials as needed.
Interact with customers to gather necessary documentation and information.
Communicate with clients to provide updates on order status and resolve any inquiries.
Generate and analyze reports as required.

Qualifications:
3-5 years of documentation experience.
Fluency in Russian and English.
Knowledge of vaccination business and healthcare industry.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Location - Dubai, United Arab Emirates Working days - Monday - Friday (9 - 6 PM)
