Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a polite and professional manner, offering timely solutions.
• Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns or exchanges, and addressing any order-related issues.
• Offer in-depth knowledge about the company's products and services, helping customers make informed purchasing decisions.
• Set clear expectations regarding delivery times, service timelines, and product availability.
• Keep customers informed about the status of their orders or inquiries, ensuring transparent communication.
• Input and update customer information in the CRM system for future follow-ups and marketing.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with their purchases and resolve any post-sale issues.
• Build rapport with customers to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business.
• Remaining calm and professional, especially when dealing with upset or frustrated customers.
