Job Description

A CCTV Sales Executive is responsible for selling and promoting security camera systems and surveillance solutions to both residential and commercial clients. This role involves identifying sales opportunities, providing technical advice, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of CCTV technology, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:



Generate Leads:

Identify potential clients (businesses, homes, institutions) through existing clients,cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research.

Sales Presentations:

Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, explaining the features and benefits of CCTV systems and security solutions.

Understand Client Needs:

Assess the security needs of clients and recommend tailored CCTV solutions that meet their requirements, including camera types, coverage areas, storage solutions, and other related equipment.

Negotiate and Close Sales:

Negotiate pricing, terms, and installation services with clients, ensuring that contracts are signed and sales are completed in a timely manner.

Achieve Sales Targets:

Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as set by the management team.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients through regular follow-ups, excellent customer service, and post-sale support.

Provide Technical Expertise:

Advise customers on the best CCTV products and solutions, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting options.

Market Research:

Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new technologies, and competitor offerings to identify opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

Prepare Sales Proposals and Quotations:

Create and deliver customized proposals, quotes, and presentations for clients, highlighting the key benefits of CCTV systems.

Coordinate Installations:

Work closely with the installation team to ensure the timely and successful setup of CCTV systems for clients.

Upsell and Cross-sell:

Promote additional services, such as maintenance contracts, extended warranties, or upgraded surveillance solutions, to existing clients.

Manage Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions using CRM software. Provide regular updates and reports to management.

Qualifications and Skills:



Proven experience as a Sales Executive, preferably in the CCTV or security industry. In-depth knowledge of CCTV technology, including cameras, DVRs/NVRs, IP systems, and surveillance software. Strong understanding of security needs for different sectors (residential, commercial, industrial). Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suites Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (preferred).

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,200.00 per month
