Key Responsibilities
• Customer Support: Assist customers with inquiries, provide product information, and recommend suitable building materials based on their needs.
• Order Management: Process customer orders, manage inventory levels, and track order fulfillment to ensure timely delivery.
• Sales Support: Coordinate with the sales team on lead generation, customer follow-ups, and resolving any client issues.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our building materials product line, keeping updated on new products and industry trends.
• Documentation & Reporting: Prepare sales reports, manage invoices, and ensure accurate documentation for all sales transactions.
• Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with customers and suppliers to support repeat business and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Administrative Tasks: Manage schedules, arrange client meetings, and assist in organizing product displays or promotional events.
Requirements
• Experience: 1-3 years in a sales assistant or sales support role, ideally in building materials, construction, or related industries.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework or training in sales, business, or a related field is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
