Job Title: Setter
Department: Sales
Location: Dubai (relocation acceptable)
Work Type: Full Time Remote Position (until an office is sought)
Salary: \xc2\xa32,500 EUR per month + Bonus

We are looking to recruit a Sales Appointment Setter, to join a fast growing Sales ecommerce business, based in Germany & Dubai, to bolster their already strong and dedicated team. This role would be suitable for candidates that already has sales experience, to set appointments for the Sales Closers.The Firm[ ]Responsibilities

Making contact via e-mail and telephone (initial meeting always by telephone)
Conduct sales pitch (according to Setter guidelines)
Setting Appointments with Closer
Needs analysis (see gold standard)
Advising our customers on their goals
Conduct friendly but goal-oriented customer meetings
Objection handling and techniques
Follow up regularly (he hasn\'t bought yet = keep at it)
Follow up after submitting an offer

Requirements

1-3 years of experience in sales
Experience in cold calling
Ability to make friendly but goal-oriented customer meetings
Mastery of objection handling and techniques
Mastery and application of benefit arguments
Closing - applying the closing strategy "Closing the bag"

Salary & Other Benefits

Fixed salary of EUR 2500 per month + bonuses for each deal closed
