Job Summary:
The sales applicator is responsible for driving sales growth and building strong customer relationships within a designated geographical area. This role involves direct interaction with customers, providing them with expert advice and demos on Commercial Laundry, Kitchen & Housekeeping Chemicals, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective service and support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to product performance.
• Coordinate with the technical support team to provide timely solutions.
• Ensure timely delivery and proper installation of products.
• Experienced in programming laundry dosing systems and dilution systems.
Skills:
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Technical aptitude and ability to learn product specifications quickly.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Working Conditions:
• Travel within the territory is required.
• Flexibility to work outside of standard business hours as needed.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the cleaning and hygiene industry.
• Holding a valid UAE driving license.
