Key Responsibilities:

• Sales and Business Development:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the steel fabrication and scaffolding sector.
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, developers, and consultants.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Client Management:
• Conduct client meetings to understand their project requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and technical documents.
• Address client inquiries and provide pre-and post-sales support.
• Technical Expertise:
• Provide technical advice on steel fabrication and scaffolding products and services.
• Collaborate with the design and production teams to customize solutions for client projects.
• Stay updated on industry standards, materials, and fabrication techniques.
• Market Research:
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Gather feedback from clients to improve product offerings and service quality.
• Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and client communications.
• Submit regular sales and market reports to management.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in the steel fabrication and scaffolding industry.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of steel fabrication processes, scaffolding systems, and construction standards.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and CAD software (preferred).
• Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Driving License: Valid driver's license is mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED15,000.00 per month
