We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled

Female Arabic-Speaking Sales and Application Engineer

to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the sales process while providing technical expertise and solutions to clients. You will bridge the gap between the sales team and engineering, ensuring customer requirements are met and promoting our products or solutions in Arabic-speaking regions.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Support

: Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and provide the best possible technical solutions. Assist in creating compelling sales presentations, proposals, and technical documentation in Arabic. Conduct meetings and site visits to communicate product capabilities, address technical inquiries, and guide customers through the purchasing process. Support clients in the selection and application of products that best meet their technical requirements. Follow up on customer inquiries and maintain ongoing relationships to ensure satisfaction and generate repeat business.

Application Engineering

: Work closely with customers to identify their technical needs and tailor solutions to match these requirements. Provide technical expertise during pre-sales, product trials, and installations. Coordinate with the engineering team to ensure the products are implemented according to customer specifications. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues encountered by customers during the sales or post-sales process. Conduct product testing and evaluations to verify that solutions meet customer requirements.

Product Knowledge and Training

: Stay up-to-date with the latest products, features, and industry trends. Maintain a deep understanding of the company's offerings to effectively convey their value proposition to Arabic-speaking customers. Provide training and support to customers and sales teams on the technical aspects of the products.

Collaboration and Reporting

: Collaborate with the engineering, product management, and support teams to ensure seamless customer experiences. Maintain regular communication with sales leadership, providing reports and updates on customer needs, product performance, and potential sales opportunities. Deliver feedback from clients to improve product offerings, documentation, and sales strategies.

Requirements

Education

: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, etc.) or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

Experience

: 5+ years of experience in sales engineering, application engineering, or a similar technical sales role. Previous experience working in Arabic-speaking regions or with Arabic-speaking clients is a strong advantage. Proven ability to interact with customers and technical teams in a professional manner. Experience with CRM software, MS Office, and other sales tools is preferred.

Skills

: Fluent in Arabic (both spoken and written) and English. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and persuasively to Arabic-speaking customers. Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach. Proficiency in using technical tools such as CAD software or product design tools is a plus. Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with local industry standards and regulations in Arabic-speaking countries. Ability to travel within Arabic-speaking regions as required to support customers and attend sales meetings. Additional technical certifications or training in relevant fields (e.g., software, systems integration) are a plus.

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
